Eine neue Art der Kunstpräsentation
Im Juli 2019 eröffnete das ARTLETstudio seine neue virtuelle Präsentationsplattform ARTLET.ONLINE. Wir legen großen Wert darauf, dass dem Besucher auch im virtuellen Raum soviel Look and Feel vermittelt wird, dass – anders als bei herkömmlichen Online-Galerien – der Eindruck eines realen Galeriebesuchs entsteht.
Im Zusammenhang mit der virtuellen Galerie hat ART-SERVICE die Datenbank PIXBASEone entwickelt, die (insbesondere auf iPADS zugeschnitten, aber auch auf MacOS und Windows einsetzbar) ein umfangreiches, aber leicht zu handhabendes Werkzeug für Galerien, Sammler, Künstler, Auktionshäuser, Kunstvereine und andere darstellt. Schnell können hier Kunstwerkdaten erfasst, direkt (mittels PAD oder Mobil-Telefon) in die Datenbankfelder fotografiert und mit einer großen Zahl von Detailinformationen versehen werden, wie sie für die jeweilige Nutzung notwendig sind.
Das Ganze wird ergänzt durch die Möglichkeit, vielfältige Arten von Portfolios zu erstellen, um zum Beispiel schnell aktuelle Katalogseiten oder Listen zu erzeugen sowie viele Arten von Etiketten. Eine umfangreiche Adressverwaltung mit Serienbrief- und weiteren Spezialfunktionen rundet das Ganze ab.
Zudem werden natürlich im Hintergrund die Daten für eine Verwendung bei der Einrichtung der virtuellen Galerie aufbereitet oder können im Auftrag für andere Systeme aufbereitet werden. Dabei bietet im Zeitalter der Vernetzung die neue Datenbank eine Besonderheit, die auf viel Gegenliebe stößt: Sie kann das alles und mehr auch komplett offline. Und ist damit auch noch der ideale Reisebegleiter zum Kunden oder kunstbegeisterten Sammler, da Sie Ihren kompletten Datenbestand in der (Akten-)tasche mitführen und jederzeit präsentieren können! Bis zum Lieferschein bietet PIXBASEone ziemlich alle Funktionalitäten eines Verkaufswerkzeuges. Nur das eigentliche Rechnungswesen überlassen wir anderen, können aber die dafür benötigten Daten exportieren und natürlich Kunden und Verkäufe nachhalten.

A new way of presenting art
In July 2019 the ARTLETstudio opened its new online presentation ARTLET.ONLINE. It is very important to us that the visitor gets so much look and feel also in the virtual space that – in contrast to conventional online galleries – the impression of a real gallery visit is created.
In connection with the virtual gallery, ART-SERVICE has developed the database PIXBASEone, which (especially tailored to iPADS, but also usable on MacOS and Windows) is an extensive but easy to handle tool for galleries, collectors, artists, auction houses, art associations and others. Artwork data can be quickly captured, photographed (via PAD or mobile phone) directly into the database fields and be provided with a large amount of detailed information as required for the respective use.
All this is complemented by the possibility to create various types of portfolios, for example to quickly generate up-to-date catalogue pages or lists, as well as many types of labels. An extensive address management with serial letter and other special functions rounds everything off. In addition, the data is of course getting prepared in the background for use in setting up the virtual gallery or can be prepared for other systems by order. In this age of networking, the new database offers a special feature that is met with much approval: It can do all this and more completely offline. It is also the ideal travel companion on your way to your customer or art loving collector, because you can carry your complete data stock with you in your bag and present it at any time! PIXBASEone offers almost all functionalities of a sales tool such as delivery notes etc. We leave only the accounting to others, but we can export the necessary data and of course bear in mind customers and sales.
